These SMS Terms govern the use of SMS messaging in connection with Aigenta products and services. By opting in to receive SMS messages through Aigenta, you agree to these terms.

Aigenta Customer Messaging
Description
Aigenta may send SMS messages related to:
- Service inquiry confirmations and follow-up communications
- Appointment or callback reminders
- Account and service notifications
- Subscription billing reminders
- Other communications directly related to the services you have requested
Aigenta will not send marketing messages or promotional SMS without your explicit consent.
Consent
SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have provided explicit consent. Consent may be collected through:
- Pressing 1 during a phone interaction with an Aigenta Call Agent
- Opting in during account registration or through the customer portal
- Another approved consent method as disclosed at the time of collection
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Aigenta product or service.
Important Notice Regarding SMS Availability
SMS-enabled features may require additional registration, verification, or approval before activation. This may include business verification, messaging campaign registration, or carrier approval processes. Where SMS is not yet active for your account, equivalent notifications will be delivered by email and through your Aigenta customer portal.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Aigenta services. You may receive messages when inquiries are captured, when confirmations are sent, or when follow-up is required.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aigenta does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Aigenta. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
You may re-enroll by contacting us or providing consent again through an approved channel.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Aigenta is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS messages.

- Email notifications
- Customer portal notifications
