Permitted Use
Aigenta products are intended for legitimate business communication purposes, including:
- Capturing and qualifying inbound leads from your business's customers
- Responding to customer inquiries about your services
- Automating routine customer communications related to your business
- Managing and organizing customer contact information you have the right to collect
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Aigenta products or services to:
Illegal or Harmful Activity
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Facilitate illegal discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
Unauthorized Communications
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to individuals who have not consented
- Contact individuals via SMS without proper consent as required by law
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity
- Misrepresent the identity or nature of your AI agent to end users
Platform Misuse
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with Aigenta's security features
- Use the platform to send malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Aigenta software
- Use automated tools to access the platform in ways that exceed normal use
- Resell, sublicense, or provide platform access to third parties without authorization
Harmful or Abusive Content
- Configure your AI agent to produce threatening, harassing, or abusive content
- Use the platform to target, harass, or harm individuals
- Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
Your Responsibilities
As an Aigenta customer, you are responsible for:
- Configuring your agent in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and SMS regulations
- Ensuring you have the right to collect and process the data your agent handles
- Maintaining appropriate disclosures to your customers about AI-powered interactions
- Keeping your account credentials secure and reporting unauthorized access promptly
Enforcement
Aigenta reserves the right to investigate and take action against any use that violates this policy. Actions may include:
- Issuing a warning and requesting corrective action
- Suspending access to your account
- Terminating your subscription without refund
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities
We aim to work with customers to resolve issues before taking punitive action. However, serious violations may result in immediate termination.

If you become aware of any use of Aigenta that violates this policy, please report it through the contact agent on this website.
Changes to This Policy
Aigenta may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
