This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding billing, trial periods, and cancellation for Aigenta subscription services.
Free Trial
Aigenta offers a 30-day free trial for eligible subscription plans. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 30-day trial period, your card will not be charged and no refund is necessary. Cancellation can be completed through your Aigenta customer portal at any time.
If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate.
Paid Subscriptions
All subscription fees paid after the trial period are generally non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription charges that have already been billed to your payment method.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to Aigenta services through the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be issued at Aigenta's sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- A billing error occurred on our part
- A duplicate charge was processed
- A service outage substantially prevented you from using the platform during a billing period
- Other exceptional circumstances reviewed and approved by Aigenta
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us through your customer portal or through our website contact agent, and describe the issue. We will respond within one business day.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Aigenta customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Founding Member Plans
Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel a Founding Member plan, the locked rate is not reinstated upon resubscription.
